Melissa Cierley is the owner and founder of Cierley Cleaning Services, a locally owned residential cleaning company serving Southwest Washington. She began her business in 2001 as Your Way Cleaning Services, built on the belief that quality cleaning should be reliable, personalized, and trustworthy.
With more than 20 years of hands-on experience, Melissa has earned a strong reputation for consistency, integrity, and attention to detail. Her company has grown largely through referrals and long-term client relationships.
Now 46 years old, Melissa is transitioning Your Way Cleaning Services to Cierley Cleaning Services, reflecting the growth of the business while maintaining the same high standards, values, and customer satisfaction guarantee. As an owner-operator, she remains actively involved in ensuring every home receives exceptional care.

Lillie Cierley has been a valued member of the team since 2018, beginning her career with Your Way Cleaning Servicesand continuing with the company through its transition to Cierley Cleaning Services. She brings years of hands-on residential cleaning experience and is known for her reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
In her role as Customer Satisfaction Manager, Lillie works closely with clients to ensure expectations are met and any concerns are addressed promptly and thoughtfully. Her familiarity with company standards and processes helps maintain consistent, high-quality service.
